what is a long E 1675?
What is the difference between a normal 1675 and a Long E 1675?

Long e refers to the mk1 dial for 1675 matte series...the middle of the e on "Rolex" is long and extends out.

Ahh, I see, is it more collectible than the other 1675s?

They are an MK1, or the first of the matte dial variants. Made for a few years, and are not necc. that much more collectable, maybe a smidge, but then none of the matte GMT dial variants is more collectable than the others- other than radial (MK3), which will fetch a little premium.
Here is an amazing thread and discussion curated by a very generous TRF member https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=316726 |
