How old were you the first time???

As more and more members like myself join this forum I've noticed that it doesn't matter what age we were, the Rolex bug did hit us all at some time.

So in order to find out when please answer the following questions;

What age were you when you owned your first Rolex?
Which model was it?
How much was it?
Year?

Whilst i'm sure that some of our "older" members will be harking on about the invention of the wheel and living in caves, it'll be interesting to find the youngest owner right here on the forum!!!

Myself:
20 yrs old
Rolex Date 15000
£758.00
1987

Mine was for my 30th birthday. It was an Oyster on a jubilee no date smooth bezel, white with black romans. My wife bought it from a grey dealer for $900. Great watch, wish I still had it.

I spoted it when I was 14-1967
I saved all my pocket money and bought it at my 18 th birtday-1971, a Red Sub Date.

Since then, I had a Daytona, a Datejust, two GMT's, two SUB's date and one ND, all sold to friends , and had my last purchase, a GMT 16700 in 1994, which I still have.
