I have purchased 5 watches from DavidSW over the last few years. He has always kept his word and the watches have always been exactly as expected. I feel I have always been offered a fair trade in value as well. I am writing this review now because on a recent watch purchase I let David know I was not that excited about a DD40 . The watch was in unworn condition with protective plastic in place but the watch bracelet was a little bit tight for my wrist and I never even wore that watch out of my house. David offered to send me a extra watch link, we also spoke about maybe a different watch but he didn't have the one I wanted in stock at the moment. David immediately emailed me a shipping label to return the watch to him at his expense and overnighted a refund check to me no questions asked. This exemplary service. I felt bad doing this but I will continue to do business with him and recommend him highly.
