Question - the YM2 is a pretty complicated watch. Do these fakes have all the same features as authentic (e.g., countdown timer....). Just curious.

"pretty complicated"?? More like ultra complicated. Its a programmable, fly back chronograph, with some 365 components!
Its easier to explain the Equation of Time.
