Rolex Submariner 16610 Check
Rolex Submariner 16610 Check
Hello guys, I'm about to take the plunge on a 16610 and thought I'd share some photos for comments and any concerns. The case shape is just amazing. the neem tree poem urdu translation |

You can gouge an eye out with those lugs! I have had the 16610 since 1999 and its been with me through everything. Everything about that watch is in perfect proportion. It still a true tool, everything that is necessary is there, nothing in excess and nothing for show.

Hands down one of the greatest references rolex has ever made. Can be worn in the ocean and in the boardroom. If you could only have one watch, this is it.

In 2000 they did the solid end links, initially still with lug holes, I prefer the sel bracelet but it looks imaculate!

The watch looks legit. While I also prefer the SEL bracelet, I like lug holes just as much. It’s about as solid a watch as you can get

I'm picky about cases and at first glance that one looks really good to me!

It is super. Seems like an early 2000 with lug holes, non SEL, swiss made dial. Go for it.

I cannot agree more. I own it for longer than you and it was my daily wearer for 20 years. Then I alternate with other Rolex and other brands, and I always feel the strong attraction for coming back to the 16610. On average it gets 70% wrist time (against Speedy, Hulk and a few others) |

It looks to be in very good condition. As far as the 16610, it has always been my favorite in my collection. It's just always the one I wear. Can't say enough about how highly I think of mine. You can never go wrong with a Submariner. It IS the iconic watch.

Drilled lugs are a must for a sports watch.
The rest are jewelry. I’m joking but serious |

I completely agree. My Y serial 16610 gets the most wrist time hands down. Love the holes and the versatility of the watch. |

It looks like NOS to me. I've a P-serial, flat S, SEL with lugholes, worn since 2001 when I bought it. Covered in microscratches, it's been through the wars.
It's the last watch in my collection I would let go of. So solid. Congratulations. |
