Icon5 Pepsi GMT Strap Options

I’m new to this group and excited to see the passion for all things related to quality watches. I was lucky enough to recently pick up a new Tudor GMT at my AD a few weeks ago. While I love the steel bracelet I would like to find other more comfortable (and lightweight) daily wear options. I stole this band from a Dan Henry I have but not sure it’s a good long term option. Any suggestions from my Rolex or Tudor Pepsi GMT brothers? Pics would be greatly appreciated.

I think rubber b makes an outstanding strap for the Tudor GMT I have almost the identical strap on my SD43 and like it very much.
