This seems likely. I’m calling for a true red and/or bluer (yes, that’s a word, today) blue - silver accents.

BB58 and BBGMT will still be on a waitlist/allocation by the time basel rolls around. Why would they introduce anything to compete with that?

Rolex releases additional milgauss and air king variants.

Anyone know of any notable Rolex model anniversaries that come up in 2019, as the Sea Dweller had in 2017?

A slightly smaller Explorer II

GMT LN replacement (new movement)
PM GMT Coke?
GMT BLNR discontinued (GMT Pepsi to take its spot)

I can't see a new SS Sub coming until 2020

My Basel prediction... 2019 will be the last one. Manufacturers will realize that their marketing budget is best put to use elsewhere as press member also comment about the ever-dwindling attendance of both manufacturers and enthusiasts.

Thus, in general, Basel is no longer 'worth it' for the industry in general.

Quite likely, Swatch group announced in June (I think), that they won’t be attending again and saved millions in the process. Short sighted move or a reshaping of the Swiss watch industries way of delivering new models to the market? We shall see.
