Yachtmaster ll bezel won’t turn

Hey,

The bezel on my Yachmaster ll won’t turn and the top button will no longer push in. Has anyone had any experience with this and do you know whether the bezel can be easily removed?

Thanks in advance for any help and advice

I don't believe any of the ceramic bezels can be easily removed.

Sounds like it needs a certified watchmaker or an RSC technician to look at it.

Sorry to hear that Bud. I’m having a defect problem with my explorer! I feel your pain since we spend the money on what we would believe should be perfection.

Do you think something is stuck under the bezel? I think it should only turn with the crown unscrewed. Sounds like it needs service, I would not try to do things on your own.

I sympathize. I also have one reference needing a service now. A bit miffed cos our local RSC service is not so great in our experience

Bottom button is probably slightly pushed in, try to gently pull it back out. The bottom button locks, unlocks the bezel rotation.

Thanks for your help. Should get it serviced but reluctant to be without for 6 weeks or however long it will be. Cheers
