Rolex gentleman's dress watch?
Hi all
I'm new to this forum and was hoping someone might be able to help me. I have Rolex gentleman's dress watch, given to me by my father in 1978 but I have never seen any photos of this model on any website. The insurance valuation states it is a 9ct yellow gold mechanical watch on a leather strap. It continues to confirm a precision movement with 17 jewels and say's it was hallmarked in Birmingham, England in 1978 with a Rolex serial number. I have attempted to place a picture of the watch on my profile/signature. Perhaps someone might be able to identify the model and let me know? Many thanks Dave C |

Welcome to the Forum Dave..
Did you receive this new ??? Your small picture makes it difficult to ID, but it should have numbers on it. Either on each case side under where the strap attaches, or directly on the case back... Great heirloom.........
