I do not. My wife has an Apple Watch that she wears when she teaches & I've worn it a few times. I don't like it. I feel like a geek. I also think that a watch on each wrist looks hilarious.

I have an Android Lefmo LEM9 smartwatch that I use on days when I am out and about and don't want the hassle of carrying my smartphone around (attending a sporting event or a day at an amusement park, for example), but I want to be connected in the event it is necessary.
I swap in the sim card at the start of the day and can make and receive calls & texts in a pinch, as well as use the LTE connection or wifi to connect to the internet for spot needs. I have a scaled back collection of essential apps on it. I use the smartwatch maybe once a month. Cost about $130 and I figure its useful life will be 3+ years and I'll use it about 36 to 48 times. It's worth it for the convenience as a backup and since I swap in my primary SIM card there's no additional monthly cost. To answer your question directly, I'd never wear a traditional timepiece and a smartwatch at the same time. I don't like the presentation.

I don’t get why you would need both.

I wear an Apple Watch at the gym, home in the evenings and at night. The rest of the time a gmt IIc, OP39 or another mechanical.

I do... Apple Watch Series 4 on right wrist because it does everything, tracks everything and may save my life one day.
Milgauss, GMT II, or DJ on left wrist just... because? |

Closest I’ve come to that scenario, Fitbit on right, polar Exp 2 on the left, use my Apple Watch mostly during workouts or while playing golf.......
