I tried on the two tone yachmaster 40mm and it fit my smaller wrist perfectly but I found it to be too flashy overall. Could someone please tell me if the gmt root beer will
fit me the same or does it “wear” slightly bigger as I’ve read on this forum? This is my first Rolex purchase and I want to get it right! Thanks 🙏 |

IMO they wear the same. The YM lugs may be less blocky and the GMT bezel may look larger... barely though and optically not so much actual
If you can pull off one you can pull off the other

id go with that YM.... the first pic looks a bit big as do all wrist shots. Fine in pic two.
Im a YM fan generally and especially so with TT. The YM bezel makes it work better IMO

The YM looks awesome on you. not too flashy at all. You have the perfect skin tone for it. It is also one of the most comfortable watches you can ever put on your wrist.

That YM looks stunning on you, it should wear smaller than your Breitling chronomat 40mm.

I always prefer an added complication and to me any GMT bests the Sub date or YM. GMT for the win.

Thanks for the replies! The YM did not look big at all to me in person but the first picture I posted is a selfie close-up and it makes the watch look much bigger! I am sending a picture of my Breitling 40mm chronomat for reference. In person the Breitling fits me perfectly but again in the pics it looks big. Please advise me if the YM is too big on me. I’d rather find out now then after I spend $13K on it. Thanks again
