Blue Snowflake 94110

Thinking about this one after missing out on the other Tudor blue sub. This comes with box and papers.

Thoughts on condition / originality of parts?

Any idea on the cost of an original insert and bracelet?

Depends on condition, but for something decent, figure an additional $2000-$3000. I'm talking about a pre-owned bracelet.

Oof. This one is listed at $10.5, which is already above budget. Now to play the "is it worth it" game in my head, especially with b&p...

Or get a period oem crystal, and get a brand new bracelet from an AD ( for around $1000)

For example, I Purchased from AD in April 19 a service replacement 78360 Oyster bracelet $920 for my 1994 big block.

Not a bad example. Great dial and hands. Somewhat polished case and bezel.

Serial #is probably around 880-890k based on the less decorated movement (not unusual in 77/78).

Never used the seller but have heard good words on them, but you are paying a little extra for the the name.

I'm struggling with how hard its getting to find these (in good shape, with box and papers to boot) vs. paying more than what I really wanted to pay.

The tough part is that I don't think this is an inflated price due to market; I only see these going up and up and up....

You should probably mention that you’re using Tapatalk (Beachboy17, it’s an app designed to post onto forums that allows easy uploads of pics)

I think one of the previous posts mentioned, but yes - I also saw that this one is from Menta in Miami. Who is great. I'd consider buying this if I wasn't in the UK and had to cough up a whole load of tax on it.

I turned down a Big Red Daytona at 15 grand about seven years ago because it was more than I wanted to pay. They're about five times that now. I very much missed the boat.

If you like it and you have the money to spare, get it, don't regret it.
