They call it Cuy, she does not cook that, don't think the sell it in the US. They eat lots of them down there.

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onion, diced (about 3/4 cup)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 granny smith apple, finely chopped
1/3 cup golden raisins
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 pounds ground beef
4 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup plus 1/4 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
