Every Sunday morning I have what I call "Breakfast of Champions".
Piece of grainey toast spread with chunky Peanut Butter and 'Vegemite' (a salty vegetable yeast extract - Australian icon) with hot baked-beans and topped by a poached egg and pepper. Added crispy bacon pieces if I can be bothered. Piece of Fruit toast generously spread with Marmalade. Cup of strong sweet black tea. Bring it on, World!
