You can use the word Rolex when selling an accessory if the accessory works on a Rolex. That has nothing to do with trying to sell a Swatch watch, and putting "Rolex Type Swatch Watch" in the title. It's apples and oranges. And the new link you posted is a clear violation of ebay keyword spamming rules, and should be reported. I'm not sure what your point is. The fact you can find auctions that violate the rules doesn't mean it's OK. Just like selling a fake Rolex on ebay is a violation of the rules. You can find a lot of fake Rolex watches listed, doesn't mean it's acceptable. |
