Great pics, Geert, thanks so much for sharing. Sorry I wasn't free this week but looks like you were very busy! I would have loved to go with you guys to try on different watches, not so much fun alone.

After Kevin and Dan left for shopping at Harrods, I met up with my good friend Michael (mluther). After trying some vintage in Burlington Arcade we went to Salon QP. We had a blast. I didn't/couldn't take any photographs at the Saatchi Gallery because I had to wear and model every single watch there for Michaels' lens so I do hope he will post his fantastic pics on here aswell. I did steel three of his pics already....Think he won't mind

When we came out of the Saatchi it was pouring with rain! So we hurried to the Dickens. A G&T was needed at the GTG
A little while later Paul and Adam arrived and then Dan (had some problems checking into his hotelroom... long story short, it was already occupied )

anyway, I had to try on Adams' Explorer

Michael left for dinner with his family and we 4 went to have dinner too.
So Adam nicked my BLNR

We had a wonderful time as always. Hope Adam wasn't disappointed that there was only the 4 of us? Think Paul has a groupphoto with us at the dinnertable (I'll ask him to post it here aswell).
After dinner Adam left and while I was looking where I left my hippopotamus, I found two strange guys blocking my view

then I remembered I didn't come by hippo but by The Royal Barge 'Gloriana'!

but nobody was available anymore for rowing (to tired after the Lord Mayors' show, yes right )

So we went to a bar with a view

a very late night view

What a great report, Geert, well done!

It was an absolute pleasure to meet you and the rest of the gang (Paul, Gabriel, Steve, Dan and Michael), and I very much look forward to the next GTG

Hopefully my "faulty" Explorer and Explorer II will be back from Rolex in time to show you

I don't know what your surname is, Geert, but I can guess what your middle name is: "The Enabler". That BLNR is stunning... and I want one!

Until next time...

Wonderful photos Geert. It looks like you had a good time. I'm so annoyed that events conspired against me and that I was unable to make it. Hopefully, I'll catch up with you and the others next time.

I will be in London and Paris this April, can anyone recommend a store or stores for vintage watch shopping? I am hoping to have a little time to shop for a piece.
Thanks
