Hot training in summer I imagine. I haven't raced in a few years and gained 30lbs. Gotta get in the gym. lol I've done countless marathons, 50k's, and triathlons of all distances. Such a fun time racing every weekend. My only full was IM Cozumel in 2011. Thanks for sharing Richard. Thought it was cool to see a fellow triathlete.

Used to have free weights with a power cage with pulley system and some other goodies and bench but now go to the gym as another excuse to get out of the house. I am thinking of getting an Ironmaster adjustable dumbbell set and bench for the crib though. Highly recommend a power cage if you like to toss free weights at home and space is limited.

I use the gym in the building here in AUH, but home is too far from the city for a gym membership to be worthwhile. Dumb bells do pretty much everything. The StairMaster is some merciless low impact cardio.

For some stress free core work, stand on one leg on the blue balance ball with your eyes closed.

Nice. Totally true a nice dumbbell set and bench I can work every part of my body. Won't need anything else. Nothing fancy just officent and back to the basics of working out.

The thick solid rubber mat is horse stall mat from Tractor Supply. It's at least as durable as gym matting, but only cost 40 bucks for a 4'x6' mat. It has worked well protecting the hardwood floor.

Push ups, squats, sit ups, and jumping jacks. Old school PT. It's free and takes up no space.

Home Gyms

No home gym in NYC but here is my building's gym in Miami Beach

Watching the sun rise is enough to get you up in the morning and working out
