Is it safe to clean a Rolex with an electric toothbrush?

Definite cause of micro scratches, especially on PM models.

A regular toothbrush is fine if you need it.

Washing regularly with soap is more than enough.

It's a watch and this isn't some high level science. Just wash it like you would wash pretty much anything.
