On a separate, yet similar note, my Miss Piggy also weighs less than expected...but you’ll hear no complaints from me!!!

TBH I think I’m just looking for an excuse to buy the 5700 caseback removal tool and taking a peek inside. Guess I just like taking things apart and seeing what makes them tick. It can’t be much harder than replacing a spark plug?
Piece of cake. Just make sure you have a replacement caseback seal, pressure testing kit, and someone to hold your beer

That's a good idea, thanks. A full 93250 SEL bracelet should have 4.5 links at 6 o'clock and 9 links at 12 - but mine only had 8.

I took one link and pin off and together they weighed 4g - so everything's accounted for (131 + 4 = 135) btw loving how easy a Rolex is to work on compared to Seiko.

The dealer assured me it was a full bracelet (hence no loose links in the box at the time) - I guess he got that wrong...

There's also no wax seal, so if I ever chose to sell it, could I still describe it as a complete set (even with the missing link and seal) - and would it make much difference to the value?

Thanks! Looks like most people use the Seiko Silicon Grease to seal the gasket?

What case opener do you use? The Burgeon 5700 looks great for avoiding scratches but maybe a little bit expensive.

What's a good pressure tester to use for a sub? Loads of options out there - dry/wet cheap/expensive - any recommendations?
