Depending on what comic books they were age and condition, but some smurfs are becoming collectible today.Smurfs like Jokey Smurf and Smurfette as any true Smurf fan should know you must be a fan to want a Smurf.
The history of the smurfs a Smurf was a Belgian comic and television franchise centered on a fictional colony of small blue creatures who live in mushroom-shaped houses in the forest. The Smurfs was first created and introduced as a series of comic characters by the Belgian comics artist Peyo (pen name of Pierre Culliford) in 1958, where they were known as Les Schtroumpfs. There are more than one hundred Smurf characters, and their names are based on adjectives that emphasize their characteristics, such as "Jokey Smurf", who likes to play practical jokes on his fellow smurfs. "Smurfette" was the first female Smurf to be introduced in the series. The Smurfs wear Phrygian caps, which came to represent freedom during the modern era. The word “Smurf” is the original Dutch translation of the French "Schtroumpf", which, according to Peyo, is a word invented during a meal with fellow cartoonist André Franquin, when he could not remember the word salt.[3] The Smurfs franchise began as a comic and expanded into advertising, films, TV series, ice capades, video games, theme parks, and dolls. The Smurfs fulfill simple archetypes of everyday people: "Lazy Smurf", "Grouchy Smurf", "Brainy Smurf", and so on. All Smurfs, with the exception of Papa, Baby, Smurfette, Nanny and Grandpa, are said to be 100 years old. There were originally 99 Smurfs, but this number increased as new Smurf characters appeared, such as Sassette and Nanny. All of the original Smurfs were male; later female additions are Smurfette and Sassette—Smurfette being Gargamel's creation, while Sassette was created by the Smurflings but as far as I know none wear Hulk,Batman,or even Smurf watches.

Like others said, I wouldn’t based on you collection which is already close to perfect. I might move them for a DD40 in YG and maybe flip the 18LB for a 19LB. That would be my perfect collection.

⬆️⬆️⬆️ Agree! This, or as others have said, a WG DD40 would add to you collection nicely. Plus you still have a couple outstanding sport watches left if you do the DD40 trade. Unless you’re strictly after sports models , which would make the WG BLRO a great addition, without having two Subs. My .02

I agree with the posters suggesting a WG BLRO. I am a smurf fan, but would keep a gmt in your collection.

Are the responses here, which are usually 50-50, really going to influence your decision?

Yes and I've decided against it for one simple reason; WG watches are notoriously difficult to sell if the need ever arose and I dont want to have so much money locked in to a watch that I cant access if something were to happen. Thanks all for the input!

That's a tough choice as many have said. I know l couldn't let my Blnr go and would rather have a Gmt over a Sub. Also wondering since you may be tired of an all green piece if the same could happen with an all blue one. Did you give thought to the WG Blro? Just trying to put myself in your position, not trying to dog the Smurf being it's gorgeous and l get the draw for a PM piece, can't go wrong there.

Yes, no brainer really. Be careful, PM models are addicting and very hard to enjoy SS again

Please stop.
I get it. I've traded and sold watches for a big whale but from where I'm sitting... please don't do it. |

Maybe not a Smurf, but possibly for a Spider Man, or Super Man or maybe even a Knight Rider. Definitely for a Chewbacca though.
