Solid subdials.

For the black dial, white subdials.

Those lines of text on the dial needs to be minimized. "Oyster Perpetual", "Officially Certified", and "Superlative Chronometer" don't need to be on the dial. I mean, how many watch models does Rolex make that are not all of those things? ROLEX. COSMOGRAPH. DAYTONA. Just those three. Imagine how much cleaner the dial would be.

I agree with this - thinner bezel more in line with the vintage models (if ceramic), if not, then eliminate the ceramic all together, not a fan.

Agree on the more legible subdials, would also like to see some more configurations/options for the sub-dials.

And definitely no date function in my opinion.....

What would you like to see on the next generation Daytona?

Solid subdials
41-42mm
Some kind of glide-lock
Legibility
O, and to see them in stores.

Manual wind.
Super thin movement.
Titanium case.
36mm dia. case.
8mm thick.
Countdown option.
Command ring bezel to set it.
Smart fitness clasp.

I’ll explain later...

White ceramic bezel for the white dialed version of the Daytona with full panda subs.

Hands that retain the shape but improve legibility for both.

Exactly the same case!
Do not add a date!
And do add lugholes,
every watch is better with lugholes even a code 11:59

That’s the ticket!

Technically it was last updated in 2016 with ceramic bezel and updated dials. For things I would like to see.. perhaps actual panda dials, brushed bracelet and thinner bezel. Non screw down pushers would also be nice. But otherwise it’s an amazing watch.

Maybe Rolex discontinues the SS models for a while like they did with the Pepsi. I wouldn't mind that.

For a Daytona, I think it’s pretty close to perfect as is
