Yes.
This was a legitimate option on the PM Skydwellers when the stick dial came out on the Rolesor models. The dial colour options were limited depending upon the colour of the PM watch. SearChart provided a detailed summary of the dial options availability straight out of the Rolex catalogue. The production numbers would indeed be very low. I'm pretty sure it has been dropped by now though. Perhaps SearChart could bring further updates on the situation as it currently stands? |

But it was reported on the internet by journalists. And confirmed at the time by rare sightings and SearChart provided the relevant information from Rolex as supplied to him. |

Well...I am sure there'll be 10 for Asia and 10 for Europe as well.

I’ve seen this watch in London before... August 2017 in Harrods to be exact !!! I was so excited to see it as at the time hadn’t seen the stainless yet in person and was corrected by the sales associate .

No matter what, stainless or wg, the blue Skydweller is absolutely beautiful.

For those who say they'd never pop for a WG or Pt. version if a dial were available in SS:
If you ascribe so little "value" to the metal and are really only willing to buy the Smurf or Platona because of the dial choice, does that make any sense? To pay an extra $20k-$40k because you like the dial better on a PM piece?

I'm thinking neither statement '1 of 10' or 'special edition' are factual.

1 of 10 Special Edition Sky Dweller for the US market
I was just wondering these past few days about the blue dial WG Skydweller I saw last year. I wasn’t able to configure it on Rolex’s site but there are other threads about this model being made only in 2017. I remember when I saw it in the case, I thought I had found a SS blue dial , but trying it on, I noticed the weight and the price . There was no mention at the time of it being limited edition.

David SW appears to have one on his site now, but it's on a strap.
