It really just takes one bad one- just one- 14 good ones? Ok fine but 14 good and 1 bad? It’s all bad and that’s what folks are taking about

I have a great SA at my AD. I am always treated well, she try's to get me what I am looking for, and sends me photos of new pieces when they arrive. If I am interested, she will hold them until I can try them on.
With no prior relationship other than me going in and introducing myself, she was able to get me a YM40, CHNR, and the new OP41 in the last 8 months.

In the last year I’ve gone to my closest four ADs about a dozen times. I’m on “lists” for all kinds of SS rolexes but I’ve never gotten a call from any of them. I’m not sure if i give off a flipper vibe or just have too many asks but in that time I’ve bought three new Rolexes from grays because life is too short.

Mostly all my of experiences have been dull.

Most of the times the SA’s kind of brush me off until they see that I am wearing a Rolex; (Maybe I am outside of their “age demographic” ?) and then start asking questions and ultimately pull the usual S/S shortage speech.

The only place I’ve gotten great customer service and I was not wearing a “nice” watch was Razny in downtown Chicago (S/O to Julio)

I recently made a purchase from local family-owned AD and they treat me very well everytime I’m in so far.
