Wow OP - you seem to be getting a lot of advice from everyone here!
In any case, the 216570 Polar is my favorite. It is just an amazing watch in all areas - for me. Do you need to send it to an RSC? Well… if you trust the source, if you have docs (or some trace) , if you can look at the watch in person, if you can test it over a few days and it isn’t over 2-3 sec slow per day, then heck - go for it. Sounds like an awesome deal and you might not need to send for maintenance for a couple of years if it hadn’t been worn for a while. . |
