2025 Rolex predictions

Every year people say that either the BLNR or BLRO will get discontinued. lol. I suppose if we live long enough, some of us might actually see that someday.

I don’t expect much of anything significant. Maybe some new colors for the DJ, DD, and OP.

Maybe some new variations for the 1908, YM, Daytona and SkyD.

That’s it.

Why no one believe that there will be a "Coke GMT" ?

Rolex has published a patent beginning of 2024 (but it seems the patent was filled in July 2022) on how to produce a bicolor ceramic, especially a red and black one.

Compared to the BLRO, this new ceramic would be made out of Zirconia (as all the other ceramic colors that Rolex has) and not Alumina (current material for the BLRO).
So, not only they are working on it, but they found a solution to produce it.

I now that Rolex has plenty of patents they are not using but it seems we are closer than ever to see a "Coke GMT"

I do believe it. Rolex have been about to launch it for over 10 years.

No change to GMT line

New Milgauss introduced

YG LeMans discontinued and RG LeMans introduced

i was actually thinking about this a few days ago. how cool would it be, if Rolex reintroduced their fabled moonphase complication within the 1908? I think that could be a real banger of a piece, especially being platinum with that ice blue dial.

Here we go. I'm hoping for black and red coke. I'll call mine Deadpool when I get it.

If it were so easy to predict what will be liked, we would not end up with a market that continues to fall. Those who support the grey market are no longer credible and perhaps never have been. I am thinking of the prices of the new Daytona, while everyone would like the previous discontinued productions. I am thinking of titanium models, which are constantly declining on the gray market. The truth is that everyone would like the panda and the platona discontinued, the sub and gmt 5 digits, but unfortunately we know that it is impossible
