Kind of weird one today!
This was my grandfather's pocket watch that he had engraved with his initials on the back of the case. When he died, it was passed down to my dad, who had the shared the same initials.
When my pop died, it was left to me. And because I didn't foresee too many times where I'd have an opportunity to sport a pocket watch (must get some more vests!), I simply had to get that engraving as a tattoo.
Anyway, the watch itself feels so amazing to handle, and that dial, with those killer numerals, is just so stunning to me.

Thanks! It took me awhile to find those. Each one took longer than the next to find, and I found them in historic order of production no less (meaning the YG 1690 MF took the longest to find and was the one I found last)....

I would love to have a Mk I 1675 eventually to complete the trio, but I would have to sell the Mk II if I make that move...
