This Greek sheet pan chicken is super easy and very tasty. I’d recommend doubling the veggies in the recipe and adding some fennel, carrots and potatoes.

Took our friends out for dinner @ our neighborhood Italian restaurant L'Artista here in Burnaby and had a fantastic dinner and service. Didn't get to take pics of our entres but did
of their Cannolies...Very good Cannolies.
Great linguine ala vongole, Carbonara and linguine pesto with prawns.
A wonderful evening needless to say..

Dinner was an old-school hand-breaded Wisconsin Friday night fish fry with German potato salad and a side of coleslaw.
