Yes, it started as a standard issue skx009 that I've modded, with multiple changes over that time. But it's officially done and very happy with the final results.

One problem is the Turtle doesn't have as many mod part options available compared to the SKX. However, you can get a Turtle to SKX case conversion [looks like a Turtle but uses SKX parts]. It would require buying each part separately, which could cost upwards of $500.00. Worth it to me, but not to everyone.

I'm at the norther tip of KY [across from Cincy], where are you?

I am in the Southeastern part, kind of close to Ashland. I actually did my residency at St. E. So, very familiar with that area as I lived there for a little over 3 years. We are there all the time.

FWIW…Uncle Seiko will be making an oyster style bracelet this Spring/Summer for the SPB slim turtle models. Looking forward to that!
