Here are some pics with the dial but not the final outcome.

The dots are painted over the lume so it looks like aged tritium.

Next step now is the steel bezel !
I will make some pics of that tommorow.

So far this :

Cheers

Hey everyone, here's an update !

The next step was the bezel. We took a bit off the side off the bezel to make the watch looking smaller and it worked out well i think.

Here you can see a side by side comparison, we already did the one on the right.

Notice how the watch looks smaller.
The one on the right also has brushed sides on the case, we chose polished.

And here some pics of the final result ! Also we've put on a rivet bracelet to make it look more old.

Cheers !

Looks great but I have to ask; why is this not considered a "frankenwatch"..?

I think a franken watch would combine aftermarket parts. I believe all of these parts are genuine, just customized.

IMHO, and generally speaking, I think that the name "franken" is usted to name a "put together pile of parts", even if they are all genuine.

Not sure if this is a frankenwatch but imho its a very good one. The parts are indeed original. Dont mind it being called frankenwatch everyone can call it what they like offcourse.

When the final steps are done it will be much better then a 14060M, thats my opinion offcourse :)

Thanks everyone for the likes !

Cheers
