I also heard that price rolex increase in singapore. One of the AD in singapore told me.

I think no increase for The moment ... Too much crisis on The first market of the wolrd Hong Kong... -20% till The beginning of the year ... And The french franc is too High...

The only reason I can see Rolex raising prices in certain countries is to prevent someone from another country buying a rolex in the countries with depressed prices. I.e. a sub in the US is 8550 but in Singapore it can be had for 7250 (guesstimate) because of currency fluctuations. But that's too nit picky imo since forex rates change daily. hm.

Man its tough to come these threads and find something fresh.... here's my go.....

All those suckers out there with Platinum Rolex have you not heard Platinum is way cheaper than gold....... get ready to take a bath......


By the way while the US economy is not stellar, it is the best in the world at the moment it is why the $ has strengthened against all our meagre currencies, so if you live in Oz, Singapore, Japan, HK, Canada, EU, China etc, then yes Rolex is gouging us with lots of price rises, funny they never dropped them in the 5 years we chased and passed the $US.

Be thankful they don't drop and a platinum rolex has never been about the value of the metal...
