Well, this was some interesting entertainment. I do have my 2 cents, for what it's worth. Which is probably 2 cents. Years ago my dad had his portrait made and I remember him saying the photographer fussed with his sleeve to get the cuff "just right" and leave a bit of his watch peeking out from under the cuff. Kind of elegant. You could see he was wearing a watch, but you'd have no idea what kind it was.

My first response is what idiot approved the first pic? Typical corporate moron who had no clue that the first pic was inapprioate. Nothing wrong with wearing a Rolex, especially an executive at a large corporation. But what was the handler/photog thinking in the first pic? That pic belongs in some Rolex ad in a magazine. Now for the photoshoping to remove the watch, that person knew they were fixing a wrong.

That's how it's meant to be done. As has been stated the people who took/approved the first pic didn't havetheir head in the game.

Compared to my other net-haunts this place is like an electronic-lobby at the ritz :) Good people here.

Regarding the CEO pic...... people think WAY too much about image. IF or (when) I land THE JOB.... I'll have little concern about the timepc on my wrist and more concern about the bottom line and health of my company. hmmm maybe that's why I've YET to land THE job :) :) (Deep thoughts :))
