Gorgeous watch! Only do it if it sings to you, otherwise you’ll just end up flipping it!

Get it if you like two tone
Get it if you like rose gold
Get it if you like bling

Don't get it because
You want a rolex

The CHNR is high on my list although as the AD isn't able to take orders for it and I was first on the list but haven't heard any more I'm losing interest. I'm anxious to hear what your opinion is of the watch. If you get over to Oro Valley, say "Hi" to Pusch Ridge for me. My old stomping grounds.

Resurrecting this thread. I was out of town for 2 weeks and off the grid so to speak. Just letting you all know I did pick that Root Beer up. No regrets. Beautiful watch. Love the rose gold. I'll post a pic, although my picture taking abilities leave a lot to be desired.

If you described the colours over the telephone and you hadn’t seen one you’d say NO NO NO... but it’s a beautiful watch.

Congrats on pulling the trigger on the watch!

I think the TT CHNR really is a watch you just need to see for yourself. It's certainly not for everyone but the ones I've seen posted here have owners who really do love everything about the watch.

Congrats, it is beautiful. I had the chance to order one with a short wait time, and didn't do it. I bought a BLNR instead, but maybe a CHNR down the line.

Let me first ask, what else is in your collection?

Personally, I like the new root beer gmt but don't think that the colors on it pop as much as my batman so I will probably pass if I have the opportunity to buy in the future.

Congrats! I was facing a similar dilemma and once I put the CHNR on my wrist I never looked back. It has turned into my daily wearer.

So torn about this one, on the one hand I really like it, on the other I don’t think I sold enough secondhand impalas in my life to deserve a tutone...

If you didn't just buy it because you lived it then then it's not for you.

My collection, as far as Rolex's go, is this new Root Beer, a TT Bluesy, a Batman, and an Explorer II Polar.

Try it in your wrist.. stare at it 30 minutes, then making decision. You can see this guy is a little bit big one one my wrist, but I just love it and never mind out its size

Congratulations on your TT CHNR! What a great looking watch indeed! Rolex Everose gold is very nice and mixing it with SS makes a gorgeous blend and not too strong of a rose gold look. Enjoy and wear it in good health. Cheers!

I checked with my AD today because someone was offering me a trade for my new BLNR. They are offering a 20% discount on it. I love rose gold, but I am unsure about the CHNR. I am going to go see it in person tomorrow.

Congrats! I love that watch. Rose gold is so nice. How do you like the weight? can you tell its its a much heavier watch? Jelly.

Thanks! It’s definitely heavier than my BLNR, but lighter than all gold. I tried on an all gold sub the other day and was surprised how heavy it was, but personally I love a heavier watch.

Definitely on my maybe list... but personal lists tend to be worthless till you see them, and then only have limited value to you live them.

Initially my wanted watch was a Hulk, and I was curious about an AK or a Milgauss. When I saw the last two, ended up wearing the AK home. While still waiting for the Hulk, was offered a SD43-and it sang to me (unfortunately my wife put it into watch jail till my birthday). Finally got the Hulk. Have worn it a few times-and it is now a safe dweller. Short lived infatuation, but does not beat the comfortable relationship I developed with the AK.

Am on a list for a Jubalee, but if I see these 2 side by side all bets are off.

It’s favorite of the new GMTs. And I’ve never cared for two tone. But it’s a polarizing look, and as others have pointed out, you’re best to stay away unless it really resonates with you. Only a matter of time before the resale value slips. But if you simply want to flip it now, can’t go wrong.
