To me it is THE most underrated Rolex. Also, as someone else mentioned it is not a scratch magnet every bit as tough as the Sub.

i had the blue dial. nice but the colors make it look to sporty in my opinion. rhodium dial with baby blue seems to be more subtle and more classy for formal occassions

Love the blue dial.
I was watching a golf show some time ago and seen Fred Couples watch. I was like, "Dang thats a nice watch." I went back and re-watched it and he was wearing the Yachtmaster blue dial. If its good enough for Fred Couples then its good enough for me.

I have the 37mm and love it! I put some minor scratches in the bezel the first week, but oddly none after that (I've had the watch for 2 months now). My only ridiculous complaint is the sunburst dial is too... bursty... And can obscure the blue yacht-master print...yep I'm weird.

Looks amazing! I’ve just not been able to pull the trigger on the YM for some reason, but this might just do it for me! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

also bought my 2nd Rolex today...YM with rhodium dial. Bought Explorer 214270 last week and love them. Both new from AD. What great examples of engineering quality and understated elegance.

My father has this watch (dark rhodium w/ blue accents). I think its a beautiful watch and extremely underrated. Really looks awesome in person and surprised that this watch isnt one of the hard to get models.

A beautiful reference. Recently bought the blue dial over the rhodium but it was a close call, both are beautiful.
I hear very few negative comments except for some who do not care for the bezel. I find the bezel unique and beautiful (especially in person).

My 4 years experience with the bezel and PCLs has been satisfactory with regards to scratches considering polished surfaces are prone to scratch as we all know. It really depends on how you wear your watch.

Some might say "you don't own a yacht". Yeah, but I'm even less likely to own a submarine.

I had a 16622 which was also a very nice watch, but there were hairline scratches readily visible in the polished portions of the bezel and bracelet. It's dependent on you as to how much (if at all) it bothers you. It bothered me.

For people with the rhodium dial, how is the dial readability at low conditions (versus the blue)?
