In January I paid $6700 for a very mint (possibly unpolished) tritium 14060 with box/papers/books/etc. |

$6700 B&P is a pretty good deal these days. Nice.

I think the seller definitely could've gotten more. I bought it within a few hours of him posting it up and he claimed he had 3 others ready to buy (who knows) within that time. I'm still keeping an eye on the 14060 market and you don't even see tritium ones with box and papers often |

That’s a sweet piece. I do think the 5 digit models look better on a nato or strap.

I haven’t seen a 114060 at an AD.

$6700 B+P is a sweet deal.
The prices seem much more in Europe.

I feel your pain. I’m unsure why it’s the case for the price difference across the globe. One things for sure, the 2 liner 14060’s have taken a price hike of late!

I like the 14060m 2 liner too. But have veen tempted by the later 14060m 4 line since some of the later models have the parachrom hair spring.

Jumping into this this old 14060M conversation and wondering if there is a 14060M (e.g. 3135) that has the Tritium dial or are they all Superluminova? I'm currently looking at a 1999 that is Superluminova, and I think this is the first year of the 14060M reference.
I'm a first time buyer and looking for an example that has the more vintage look and feel (two liner) but later model mechanics. Though, it seems like a shame not to get the Tritium and the patina that comes with that. Thoughts? Suggestions? |

I have an over polished two-line “m” with box and papers that I bought from an AD before I knew any better, paid $4400. I love it, I can’t hurt the finish at this point and don’t have to be particularly careful with it. I hate the bracelet and wear it primarily on NATOs. Nobody knows what it is and I have a lot of fun with that. Also for fun I bought a two-line ETA powered Pelagos when the dealer was pushing them out the door in preparation for the in-house movement so I guess I’ve got a two-line collection. I prefer the peaceful understated order of the two-line dial.
