That’s a tough one! My wrist is slightly below 6 1/2 inches, and I prefer 36 mm watches. It depends on her personal taste. It’s my guess that either size would look great on her. For reference here is my OP on me:

Because it’s the silver, it may appear a bit larger.

You absolutely chose the right size for you. It’s amazing the difference a half inch bigger (or smaller)wrist makes.

Excellent! I just picked one of those up for a friend. I saw it in the case and asked if I could purchase it for a good friend. I was there picking up my steel Pepsi GMT.

Beautiful watch. I made my friends day. She was at her AD and they wouldn't sell it to her.

Thank you! Everyone really seems to want the 36 so it kind of had me questioning did I make the right choice- I had told the AD I would take whichever one they offered me but I’d really started thinking over the last few weeks that the 31 probably was the right one for me so it really worked out for the best. My SA is female and she and I both agreed this one worked really well.

The 36 looks great on you though! It’s just different for different women. And I don’t think sizes really trend anymore everyone should just wear what they like.

No kidding. My wrist is a hair over 7.5 and it looks very small on me.

Yeah it seems to be kind of a tough one. I had been waiting about 8 months after asking seriously for it, I had just stopped by to look in 2023. Glad you were able to help your friend!

Nice! 8 months is a relatively good time. Enjoy it. Beautiful watch indeed.

Thank you! The wait time wasn't bad compared to some that I have read. Wasn't sure it would happen as my previous watch purchases there were several years ago and not recent.
