Funny when you think you know what’s available to see you don’t really know. I’m not sure I like the idea of a country specific model with czapek. How is it a country like japan is selected instead of others. I’m also unhappy that different design cues are available but not disclosed. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Nice way to drive FOMO. See it all the time with some prominent gray dealers. A watch "sells" immediately, then somehow the same watch is posted again at a higher price a few weeks later.

I just hope they don’t end up going the way of grand Seiko where every release is some type of limited edition. That Japan LE looks really nice though.

Is it legit in first place? Not a fake piece of news? Sounds too bizzarre for Czapek to engage in such a collab.

Plus it turns out the puzzle and dragons is very popular kids game in Japan. Grand Seiko making Japan specific LE is a given for the brand being Japanese. Well AP has Black Panther too, whatever. At least Czapek does not have a comic dragon on the dial. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk |

Dragon could be fine as long as they are more careful than AP about positioning its tail.

Beautiful watches from this company, I watched everything on Czapek on Youtube. The CEO is active, and very hard working, I love his passion for the brand.

Totally agree. I 100% ❤️ Antarctique but, so far, for a single and young ref: Abyss SE, Emerald SE, Nebula SE, Fratello LE, Roaring LE, Monochrome LE…
And, cumulatively, around 15 dial colors when summing up Adelie, Drake, SE and LE… |

So.....I went into a watch shop for the first time in three years yesterday. I had seen that there was a Daytona like mine for sale at a seemingly ridiculous price, and that it was 3 or 4 miles from me, and decided to go in. While there, I was shown a bunch of their watches for sale, including the blue Czapek mentioned here. I did think the dial was beautiful, as was the bracelet. So it got me intrigued and I found this thread which I have read all of over the last day. Wow, interesting to learn about it and feel the hype/enthusiasm build over the year plus of this thread.
I don't see myself paying $45k for a SS three hander from a ten year old company, but I am intrigued.

^ Interesting example. It's probably the lighting in the store, but it neither looks like the new "Glacier Blue" nor the "Deep Blue" Passage de Drake. The red hand also is custom (I think...?).
Also interesting is the over 2x price that AD is asking.... |

Reserved a 38.5mm salmon, 6.75 inch wrist. Any thoughts on rubber straps? I am between grey, blue or maybe white?

Went with 38.5mm Salmon - Have requested better colour match options for strap, possibly tan brown/orange, let’s see what Czapek come back with

Well, errrr, ummm... if you're asking me i always say 'get them all'. How about a nice leather strap (or three) too with a buckle?

Well... yes, their system brings added costs. They're aware. Personally, am daring to tempt fate and you can get just the rubber for $300, though be forewarned changing straps brings out tools... and risks.

Anyone from Czapek here (I am sure there is) who can confirm/deny such umpteenth LE, this time for JP mkt? In collaboration with a … videogamer?
I cannot hide that this proliferation of colors, LEs sometimes also very similar and only dedicated to specific markets, and (if true) this time through an at least unusual collaboration, is somehow jeopardizing my perception of the brand. Still love it but just a couple of years ago I was very excited now I am no more 100% sure about its mid/long term positioning. |

Just received the veridian green… looks stunning and i like the dial. However, the issue is faced is that when i used rhe tool to make the bracelet smaller, the pin linking the 2 lugs became lose and is not holding tight so it can fall down. Not sure if anyone had this issue with the bracelet.
Otherwise, the watch is superb. |

It'll be interesting to see how changing rubber bands will be as i went for just the rubber instead of all the metal bits attached too.
