Dan,

You would be honored to know that I have been bracelet free since July 2013. I have went to a single NATO strap and wear them for a full month, then rotate colors. I believe I have found a character that works for me, and allows me to wear my special brand in my own way. I recently acquired a new Rolex (it's a secret, but it does have lug holes ) and will post pics on its very own NATO.

AG03,
While we at the Nylon Nation are not anti-bracelet, it's great to hear you've found what works best for your needs. Plus, it's relatively inexpensive and fun to try new combos. Amazing how it can completely changes the personality of any watch.
Your Commander salutes you, solider! (even though anyone who's worn a uniform for their country is a better person than me).

Dan,

You are correct in your statement, and if my bracelet comment appeared to be anti bracelet, I will be the first to say that I LOVE MY TUNA CAN!!!! I do a ton of desk diving and wanted to be unique in my Rolex experience. I will be in school later this year (hopefully) and wanted something that would just blend in as I realize that Rolex carries weight and I LOVE wearing mine.

Thank you for the kind compliment friend. We all serve others in some capacity, so I must return the to you my friend.

I want you all to know that the phrase "[The] Birth of a Nylon Nation" has become part of my vernacular, and is uttered (or mumbled) at least once per week in various contexts - not any of which are related to watches or watch bands. Could be said about anything that is nylon, or not, or just simply said aloud, because of the alliteration (NN).

So I must have some sort of Tourette affliction now.

I wear my watches on nylon for about 40% of the time. Here are a few shots:

I replaced the Oyster bracelet on my Polar Explorer with a Bond Nato when I went to Barcelona a month ago. I figured it would be easier to travel with going through airport security and less noticeable in a foreign country. I haven't switch back since. I actually got another Nato strap for my blue-dial DateJust. These straps are the most comfortable I've ever had. Don't know when I'm going back to the original bracelets. Don't have pictures since it is not my style to take pictures of my watches. You just have to take my word for it.

Cheers! Things do work out and it will turn around. +1 Family first!

I wish I had the chance to buy those Tudor subs though.

Never really been a fan of Natos. I've had a few here and there that I've picked up in trades and I always moved them along. Bought my THC a couple of weeks ago and I've already placed two seperate orders for them online, loving the nylon !

To add another....
As soon as I saw this color combination I knew exactly what watch to use it with. Now I can't picture this watch without it.
