I like the white, and black both. I ended up purchasing the white just the other day on here. Will have it Monday and post a few pics. Excited to get my new watch.

Don't understand all these W/B topics, just take both!

you are right, but don't you worry sir, I have those as well, but packed and sealed in a waxed parts bag by the watchmaker, too much hassle and danger to open it, hands are 10 times more delicate then dials

Black for me. Don't hate me but I much prefer the red 24 hour hand.

I'm biased but I went with white. There are so many sport models in black that the white to me pops out more besides looking really nice.

Black (very cool matte black dial, not very shinny like another black dials of Rolex sport models), but having the silver hands with silver rings around the makers to give it a phantom effect, and matching perfectly with the new color Orange of the GMT hand.
I'd only get the white dial if it is 16570 model with the red gmt hand. But the Orange GMT hand looks so much better.........imo!

black brings out the orange more and makes the dial appear less wide.

Bought the white 42mm last week, love it, but iam now lusting after the black dial also. I am greedy. I think the 42mm exp is the perfect Rolex, it has it all. That's why I need both black and white.......

I have black but voted white. The white and orange are stunning, IMHO. Hopefully, that's my next purchase. Strangely, I prefer black over white in 40mm.
