If you don't think it's worth half that you may struggle to buy one. I doubt you will find them at $116000.

Why do you say that, luxury goods are worth what people are prepared to pay - note I said it sold at that figure. I wouldn't pay that much personally but I can fully understand those able to afford it being very pleased to obtain such a wonderful piece.

The blue dial is simply mesmerizing, oh and I do wear it, only for special occasions.

I'm still extremely happy with my ugly watch

And so surprising that people today don't mind paying 150K eur for this ugly watch. Mine is going nowhere, enjoying it tooo much.

The 40th is nicer than I initially thought, but if to choose I would take the classic 5711P over it any day, got used to the engraving and the diamonds, but much prefer without them, doesn't come close to me, but will most certainly never have either, did hesitate a little to get the 40th, but couldn't decide myself into putting that kind of cash in a time only PT watch, I am putting that kind of cash in a watch but very different kind of watch, not sure I would have gotten the classic 5711 P at retail had I been able to, if I was much richer why not, not the case unfortunately
