A few ago back at my 30 year high school reunion I was wearing a Breitling S.S. / 18k
gold Chronomat that night.... a women I had the hots for 35 years ago walks over to me while I was getting a drink and said "Love you watch Gregg, you must be rich now" I was shocked she would even speak to me...all I could say was "thanks" Then I get "what kind of car do you drive"? and I told her a 325 BMW ....I just did not tell her I bought it used and it was 16 years old at the time with 125k miles. Then I get "we need to hook up later" I found out she was so drunk she passed out a few hours later.....I knew it was to good to be true....and if she only new how broke I am. |
