Congratulations Kat. I know you've been waiting on this one for awhile. Regarding what to get next, go for the GMT. You and I have a similar wrist size and although the Sub case fit (a bit large) the clasp is huge which makes it less comfortable on a smaller wrist IMO. Maybe you can get a BLRO
Merry Christmas

Thanks, Michelle. Yes, I am leaning toward the GMT. I will need a year to catch up money wise, so have lots of time to pick the color way.

Congrats and wear it in good health!! I never had any luck with Devons (tried both the Roseville and Stockton stores).

But David/Litch in Walnut Creek came thru with no purchase. I'm on the BLNR waitlist there now with the same rep.

I got all three of my watches from Devons in Stockton, in the past 2 years, with no previous history. I did buy my wedding jewelry there, but was assured that made no difference. I did wait 2 full years for my OP, and 10 months for the Explorer. I got the Wimbledon as a walk in, between the other 2. I did visit every 2-3 months, and remind them I was waiting. I only live 20 minutes away, so that was pretty easy for me. They have always been very honest and welcoming. I highly recommend them to anyone in our area of CA. You may want to try them again. They did move up a tier in the Rolex hierarchy last year, which I presume means they get more stock than they used to. Good luck.

Kat

Congrats, it’s always nice to have what you want come in. I know you love all your watches but I predict the Explorer and OP will get more wrist time than your DJ.

Yes, it almost looks plain, but in reality the Explorer 36 is just “plain cool”.
