They had a couple colors, but mostly special order. Takes a couple months to get it in. They have a lot of colors

Are the black or silver dial 4500 models hard to get from an AD now? I'm 50/50 on which to get and was hoping to try them on before making a decision.

Mine said, they checked with the factory and the white rubber is for the 4300V and that 2.8mm is not thick enough to hold the watch properly. The 4500V strap is 4.4mm.

They have plenty of leather options but from rubber, only the black that doesn't come with the blue...

Anyone else who can confirm this? When would they then stop to take orders for black watches? I just put down a deposit for the reverse panda

I know for a fact that you can also get grey rubber for the 4500v (I have it), but you are correct in that white rubber is not available at this time. Not sure what other rubber options are available, though.

Swimming with Overseas

I emailed the NYC boutique to see if there will be a properly sized white rubber strap for the 4500 and will post again once I receive additional info.

On a sperate note, I'm traveling to Florida this week and curious to know if others have used their watch while swimming at the beach.

I originally thought about leaving it home but cannot go without it !!

Thank you, looks great with white blue combo!

Pictures of rubber/leather straps in different colors on a black dial would be greatly appreciated! Especially on the 5500v but either one really.

I think grey might look really good.

I've had my black dial for a week and it's fantastic. My only regret is the wrist time my other 25 watches aren't getting. The second pic is the first time I've really captured the subtle minute track texture.

It's a perfect watch! With the bracelet and rubber options and waterproofness mine booted my black sub out.

Excellent pic of your Overseas. The "subtle" minute track as you say is one of the features I appreciate the most, when I first saw it up close in pics it sealed the deal for me as I never got to see one in person until mine was delivered via overnight courier service from NY.. Mine says Hi...

Agree completely. I love looking down at my silver 4500 at an angle. You can really see the depth in watch face which I think looks really special. I also love how deep the date window is.

Best photo of the black dial i have seen here so far! Well done and congrats! Minus the so called hype on the blue, this is the best dial for me.
