No garlic but muskrooms, onions, sausage, bacon, steak, ham, pork chops, veal and potatoes.

This was my Valentine's Steak last Thursday:

32 oz. Waygu Ribeye that literally melted in my mouth and congealed on my arteries...

Making Avocado pasta today. Adding chicken though, as I'm a carnivore!

Some yummy looking meals here, guys.

I never post in this thread (my cooking isn't usually very photogenic) but did a stir fry tonight with some leftover grilled skirt steak. This has onions, leeks, carrots, bean sprouts, broccolini, slivered garlic, snow peas, bell pepper and grilled squash.

I had chicken a la eman1200 with asparagus and risotto (boxed, sorry, I'm a bachelor) paired with a fine zinfandel, followed by another zinfandel. soon to be followed by one final zinfandel.

Salmon baked in owen, seasoned with lemons, black pepper, sea-salt, dill, butter and chive.

More pics when ready.
