Yes, would love these two.

Ideally a Hulk a tad darker than previous gen. Also, a navy blue TT SD43, to further differentiate from the royal blue TT Sub.

I don’t doubt that the rose gold would look better actually. My premise for making this guess was that Tudor came out with a coke black bay last year and it had yellow gold accents. Seeing that both brands kind of mirror each other in their offerings, thought maybe TT yellow gold + coke was possible.

Starting at 38:50, the guy is saying that there could be a new watch (or as part of the 1908 line) with annual calendar, eternal calendar, or turbillon. He is basing it on the cancellation of the Bucherer brand and the fact that Rolex is retaining watch makers that worked on these types of complications for the Bucherer watches. He also says he has this info from well connected sources. We shall see.

Thank you! Yeah he's pretty good on his assessments with Rolex in the past so don't doubt it

I think it’s highly likely they are struggling to produce the Pepsi bezel.

I’ve heard from two different watchmakers that 1) the Pepsi insert is prone to breaking when removing the bezel, much, much more so than the other bezel colours/combinations and 2) this is why Pepsis are so hard to get and so few were seen from ADs in 2024 as not only were they struggling to make them, but a large proportion of those that didn’t get made and passed QC went to RCSs to replaced broken bezels.

I struggle to believe a company as big and as technically clever both within and by outsourcing cannot solve such a simple issue. How many of these bezels need to be removed not many I suspect?

Besides i thought supply was and is specifically regulated to lag demand ?

I have the same prediction every year and I am always 100% correct.

Whatever Rolex does, the initial reactions from this forum and the watch world in general will be something along the lines of “omg what was Rolex thinking? I hate it. I hate it. I can’t stand this brand and would never wear this watch”. For about a week. And then the fanboydom sets

Right... But to claim that an Explorer is "meant to be toolish and sporty, not fancy" is totally unfounded when the ultimate "tooly and sporty" Rolex watches, Sub and SDs, come in numerous PM iterations. Your opinion on gold subs is your's

I would love to see them bring back the military submariner with fixed spring bars on a NATO. Never going to happen but would be so cool.

Yes, modern 5517 would be awesome

Really enjoying my black Tudor FXD and think Rolex will see that filling the gap, killing any notion of the above.

I'd like to see more Titanium (maybe Sub/SD/DSSD) but suspect the above Tudor rationale follows here too.

One thing that seems plausible... I really want a rose gold OP or DJ!
