Everything looks delicious, people.

For myself, we have done almost no cooking in the month since we moved into our apartment. We still have a lot of boxes to unpack and no place to put the stuff. But after 35 years in the same house, what can you expect.

So we've been eating most dinners out; not worth photographing any of it, even though some meals have been quite good.

One of these days, after we get completely settled, with all or at least most boxes unpacked, we'll get back to dining at home again.

Main is a favorite of ours. Salmon with butter, salt, black pepper, chives, lemon, dill. Very easy to make, a simple dish, but boy is it good!!!
