Also, this is a good place to post whether you will definitely be attending after you vote. Hope to see a large turnout. Faith

Hey guys, I'm seeing a diner and and an other spot with no names. Put the names of the places in, maybe they will be better. No name means nothing!

Sounding good Barb! This is the only picture I find of inside the Rose Tree Inn, not much scenery, but it is nice.
BTW, This was some holiday, a coat and tie isn't necessary during lunch.

Jim,

How you must have suffered!!! No wonder you're so eager to return, Romeo.

OK, It looks like some clarification is needed on my last posting here. The three beautiful young ladies in that picture are 3 of 4 of my best friends daughters, that I was asked to look after, when he was told to attend a Federal Camp (if you know what I mean), for a period of three years for tax convictions. The fourth was taking the picture.
My hats off to anyone who raised girls. Three years was enough for me and I would have thought raising boys would have been tougher!
I actually grew a few gray hairs those three years.
I figure, if Faith jumps on this, I can only imagine what Dan, Herm and Russ would say!

A few members PM'd me this morning to inquire as to the date and time of the GTG. It appears as though the majority have agreed upon Sat., April 10th as the date we meet and most have voted for the Rose Tree Inn. Last year we met at noon. If this time works for people, why not stick with it? If you haven't registered your preferences yet, please do so soon. Thanks. (Also, if something doesn't work, please provide an alternate time, date, venue, etc.)

you're crazy not going to Cherry Street Tavern!
best roast beef sandwhiches in Philly, and still have the urinal built into the floor in front of the bar.

Heres the problem Frank, Ruths Chris and Mortons don't open for lunch anymore. Too bad, I always thought Mortons had the best lunch out there.
Maggianos at lunch time is pretty much all Italian. OK with me, but if somebody doesn't like Italian, then their out.
Then theres the Palm, but they don't serve lunch on the weekend either.

We could do an early dinner, if anyone likes the idea. Faith -- don't hold this against me, since I also have to wear that Omega watch as well!!

I'll go with the flow on this GTG. I'm in town Friday, Saturday and Sunday with Friday afternoon tied up with business and then I'm gone for a month.
So whatever everybody wants to do, I'm good.

I just checked out the menu for the Rose Tree Inn. Yummmyyyy! Location isnt bad, either. Google maps says a half hour from NE Philly. Like Jim said in an earlier post...nothing Rolex related for miles. I dont know if that is a requirement or not. Do we really need to look at more Rolex?? I think we'll have plenty there if it as big as it is shaping up to be.
I'm going with Jim's suggestion. Rose Tree Inn, 4/10, noon.

There's an AD a little over a mile away from Rosetree...I've never been in there though, just drove past it one time, on my way to a meeting.

Probably not a good idea to post this address. I would suggest you to e-mail those who are coming.

Sure, there's always room for Manny, Moe and Jack. Whoops, I meant Larry, Moe and Curly.
