First off I would not know a real rolex from a fake.
Who are we to argue with the seller????
seller shanamadalavintagejewels First off I would not know a real rolex from a fake. Watches are not my thing. Although I am inclined to call this in need of repair watch a reproduction or knock off and am calling it just that, I could be wrong. It needs a glass top, a stone that looks like a diamond, unless that space is for the date? and the stem needs to be fixed, no need to discuss a battery because it is not a working piece at present. The better news is, it is a lovely looking time piece that I myself have been considering getting repaired. It has so many rolex features the stem and clasp back have the rolex marker. The mop look face does say Rolex oyster-perpetual dateoust superlative chronometer officially certified. Has the rolex marker at top of dial and has small roman numeral border and what appears to be diamonds? on the dial. The working band is a gold color, no markings found on it or on the back of watch itself. It has some small dings but is in over all good condition. There's no box, no swiss made mark and no paper work. This is a womans size measuring a small 5 1/2'L. The watch is 1 1/4'L and 1'W. again not my normal selling fair and most definitely sold as is. Please review the pictures and be sure before you bid that this is useful for you. http://cgi.ebay.com/Rolex-Rolex-oyst...ht_6403wt_1130 |
