Average cost to regulate a watch?

Guys,

I know prices fluctuate with area, but in your experience, what is the average cost to regulate a Rolex? Either through the RSC, or a local AD.

Well if still under warrenty or just out myself in London RSC have never been charged,it takes less than a half hour.

Update

I stopped by the AD the other day and had the SD regulated. So far 100% spot on, perfect time!!!!!!!! Totally free of charge! Thanks for the help guys!
