Is the blue dial on the two tone Sub-C the same....

.... shade of blue as the dial and bezel of the white gold Sub-C?

Also for those with experience of those models how close do you think the shade of blue is on the Rolex www up to the actual watch?

Many thanks

James

No its not.

Though they tried to represent the colour as close as possible on www it's PC screen dependant. You should really see it in person because it's not the blue you have seen on the old style TT sub.

As for the white gold "blue" i'm on the fence on that one.

I think they are exactly the same but the white gold markers and hands make it look lighter

As far as the accuracy of the shade on the Rolex site, I'd say it's pretty much dead on. The watch looks very much the same in person as the pic on the site.

perhaps the tt and wg make the blue appear slightly different, ie they compliment one another slightly differently and kind of trick the eye a bit...just a thought...
