I like both the NATO and Zulu style straps. I got most of mine from Time Factors here in the UK. Eddie is great to deal with. Here are a couple of pix

Sir Dan - the differences are that the Zulu straps are thicker and the keepers are generally bigger and rounder. NATO straps are usually thinner and "less bulky" if you know what I mean

Nice pics

The SubC looks like it works very well with the Zulu and NATO straps.

The width of the lugs is accentuated, you gotta love that

No offense as the straps looks great, but now that the Sub finally has the best band and clasp in the Rolex line (IMHO), why replace it with a strap of nylon?

Typing from my phone so my answer will be abbreviated. Google:

- Martac NATO
- Internationalwatchman
- NATO blogspot

I'll post links up in the morning!

While the new bracelet is indeed awesome, I want some variety, the ability to dress the watch down, and save some wear and tear on the bracelet (which is only prolonging the inevitable!)

Because the NATO and Zulu straps would give you an added security if you are diving underwater... Just in case on of the spring bars fails. (i dont dive)

Other than that, it's just used to change the look of the watch, plus the straps can provide better comfort when wearing it in summer sticky/hot days.... For me anyway.

Agreed - the new glidelock is fantastic. A major improvement over the older style as well as the Easylink.
